Skinny Deep Dish

Our Skinny Deep Dish Pizza is made the same way as our Deep Dish Pizza with a focaccia-style dough that's double-proofed before being layered with mozzarella and ample toppings. The only difference is the Skinny Deep Dish is made with the same ingredients but just less of them in order to offer a lighter version of a Chicago staple!
